  • Consultative Selling: Detect customer objectives and offer high-impact solutions that drive ROI and long-term performance.
  • Strategic Campaigns: Help clients set up results-driven digital campaigns designed for immediate market impact.
  • Account Optimization: Drive product adoption and increase campaign spend through expert upselling and relationship management.
  • Tech-Driven Sales: Use advanced CRM tools and market analysis to personalize outreach and minimize churn.

What Were Looking For:

  • Language Skills: Native or near-native Spanish (C2) and a strong professional command of English (B2).
  • Sales DNA: At least 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, digital marketing, or high-stakes client-facing environments.
  • Communication: Exceptional persuasive skills, able to explain complex digital concepts to diverse business audiences.
  • Mindset: Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a goal-oriented, high-performing team.
  • Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business is a strong plus.
