As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Marketing- & Sales Manager (m/f/x) to work directly alongside our Managing Directors, drive strategic market development, and position our cutting-edge AI Service Operations platform in high-potential industries.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Strategic Growth: Design and execute modern, cross-channel marketing and sales strategies (both digital and classical channels) to expand our B2B footprint.
  • Industry Positioning: Position our platform as the go-to AI service provider across target segments such as healthcare, real estate, and pharmaceuticals.
  • Lead Generation & Acquisition: Actively acquire new B2B customers and strategic partners, collaborating closely with internal IT and project teams to develop tailored solution concepts.
  • Campaign & Collateral Creation: Plan and manage marketing campaigns, developing high-converting sales collateral, concepts, and presentations.
  • Market Insight: Continuous monitor market trends in AI, tech, and telecom to provide direct feedback to our product and project development teams.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Must-Haves:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years (ideally several years) of proven, hands-on experience in B2B marketing and/or sales roles.
  • Education: University degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Tech-Savvy: Strong sales orientation combined with a high affinity for IT, digitalization, and AI trends.
  • Languages: Native-level or flawless German proficiency (C2) is strictly required for strategic client advisory, alongside good English skills.
  • Mindset: Highly proactive, structured, resilient, and entrepreneurial with an independent, self-driven work style.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Initial leadership or project management experience.
  • Background or professional exposure in Telecom, IT, SaaS, contact centers, or digital service platforms.

(Note: This position requires an active sales orientation. Profiles with a purely theoretical or administrative marketing background without direct customer/sales exposure will not be considered.)
